Hello,
I’m having a weird bug where suddenly clicking onto any button of the sidebar doesn’t work anymore. 
I’m wondering if it’s related to some changes I’ve made recently in Control panel> Apparance > them tweak > Size . I’ll join a screenshot below of what my setting look like just in case
Does anyone have a solution?

Most certainly is.
I notice your tiddler width is much smaller than your Story width.
Does it all start working if you switch to Fluid story?
The problem is that the Story Width (1000px) is larger than the Story right (770px). The result is that the StoryRiver overlaps with the SideBar, even though the Tiddler width (686px) is less than the Story right value so the actual tiddlers displayed in the StoryRiver don’t visually overlap with the sidebar.

Set back your story-width to 770px and it should work again
