Can I auto tag a tiddler if it is linked in some tiddler

Say I have a tiddler, Europe. If there are tiddlers linked in the boduy of this tiddlers like

[[Germany]]

[[France]]

Is it possible that as soon as I link tiddlers in the body of “Europe” tiddler, “Germany” and “France” tiddlers automatically get “Europe” tag?

Not without a custom save button.

I am using checklist feature of Kara plugin. I was looking for a way to

  1. If I add a tiddler link in the checklist
  2. It gets a tag automatically

I will have to look in the Kara code.

Just for inspiration some additional ideas;

  • Since there are not too many countries in Europe you could install a dictionary of countries and have a view template display additional content on any tiddler title that contains or equals a European country. This way you may not need to tag anything.
  • If you want to access all the links mentioned in tiddlers to then do something with them you can start with this content in a tiddler tagged $:/tags/ViewTemplate
    • Links here: <$list filter="[all[current]links[]]"><$link/>, </$list>
    • Or of course you can use this elsewhere in your code
