Autocorrect tw.com?

In another thread I typed tw.com but without backticks which, I assume, automatically creates a link to that site (…which, interestingly, doesn’t exist even if I must assume it is registered).

This, fairly, triggered either a human moderator or some bot to inject the following message in the thread:

Please cover tw.com in backticks, so it doesn’t create a link. or use tiddlywiki.com

If it is a bot, maybe this could be made to instead autocorrect this specific string into the desired link? The chances of anyone actually referring to tw.com is nil and at least I do find it simpler to type the abbreviation just like when I write about TW in general (like I abbreviated just now)

 That’s been me as a moderator.

There is an other easy workaround for this. You can just write tw. com or tw .com with a space in between. Or may be tw-com. So IMO everyone will know what you want to say, but withtout the auto generated external links.
