Anchor BUG in Tiddlywiki

If we open this tiddler https://tiddlywiki.com/#Anchor%20Links%20using%20HTML
all anchor links work good.
BUT, if we change settings to

[Navigation Address Bar]

*Include the target tiddler

and Animation duration to 0, anchor links stop working and open random tiddler. How can we fix it?

Thanks @Siniy-Kit I created a GitHub ticket, and committed a fix that should be available in the prerelease in a few minutes.

I’d be grateful for help testing this fix as this is a fiddly area of the core.

click any blue anchor link, it will work. BUT if you refresh page (f5) you will see starting page…
