I remember seeing a post (which I can’t find now) about integrating ChatGPT into TiddlyWiki. My response was that simply embedding a chat UI into TiddlyWiki wouldn’t be very meaningful—it should have a deeper integration with TiddlyWiki. AI should help reduce our workload, which is what we truly want.
For example:
- Automatically generating article summaries
- Automatically tagging articles
- Engaging in simple conversations with journal entries
- Automatically optimizing titles
- …
The reason I’m bringing up this topic again is that I’ve recently been exploring how AI can help reduce my workload in TiddlyWiki. I’ve also implemented all these desired features in the TiddlyWiki Starter Kit. Once again, I’m amazed at how powerful and efficient AI can be.
