After upgrade Wiki broken ... wiki appearing behind decryption password dialog

I upgraded TiddlyWiki a few weeks ago and it’s been broken since. Sorry can’t tell you what version I am on as none of the links work.
So now when open TiddlyWiki I get my decryption password dialogue box as usual but i can see my Wiki behind it. When I enter my password, the wiki remains in the background with the active one layered on top. I can scroll the right and left panes but none of the links work so it’s basically no longer useable.

Any help/solution would be appreciated … I see the same in both Chrome ( 124.0.6367.118) and Firefox … and I am using Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

may be try this way, download a new file from the tiddlywiki website, drag and drop the invalid personal tiddlywiki file into the new file, select the item to import and save the changes
