The File Uploads Plugin allows for easy uploading of binary files and automatically creating tiddlers that have _canonical_uri fields pointing to those files.
This makes it convenient to include images and other files in a TiddlyWiki without the larger file sizes and potential slowdowns that come with files stored within the wiki.
