A Shortcut For Import And Export

I’ve been trying to create a shortcut for Importing and another for Exporting.
So far, as I understand it, we need to create two tiddlers:

  1. $:/config/…
  2. $:/core/ui/KeyboardShortcuts/…
    The latter being with the “<$action-sendmessage…” widget.
    So far, so good. But what is the action I neet to import? Export? Is it a developer “core” thing that needs to be done at node.js level? Is this a lost cause for me?
    Any pointers much appreciated!

Import is effectivly Open a file as a result it demands user interaction because if websites could open anything they could open importiant files on your computer or anywhere you can access files.

  • I belive some use cases can be addressed by the somewhat recent HTML code. Which is hard to find on tiddlyWiki.com, I will return if I find it.
