There is the “streams edition”, which can handle the outline part: Streams — on TiddlyWiki 5.2.2

TiddlyRemember 1.3.0 released should be able to deal with the Anki related stuff.

But combining editions in a compatible way is a different story. If we would be able to throw 1 year of manpower at the project I think it would be doable. … But the devil is in the details.
