Would love to attend, but I think I’m not going to be able to make it today. But wanted to say a HUGE thanks for the excellent Grok TiddlyWiki… very high quality (which is in itself unique in this kind of project)… I’m working my way through it right now, just trying to digest the macros and transclusion stuff now.
Shall we reschedule for sometime next week when Franco is back? I’m game for setting up another meeting for anyone who’s here now if we want, but given that he organized it we may have more luck trying again later.
The Naive user method is a great way to test basic principals and new user experience
I have built sophisticated project management tools on tiddlywiki, but recently finding a streams/projectify plugins more than enough
Watching the video from within Discourse, with this reply in edit mode is cool, however your example tiddlywiki could have being zoomed in so I could see it without full screen
I recently did a display or intro to a a couple of users for my Sydney TWIG but did not record them.
Tiddlers are also unique records as we may find in a table or database, it is “data at eye level”. Although tiddler have fields we consider the tiddler the atomic content in tiddlywiki
Quine while an an IoS app for TiddlyWiki is also a term, but I can confidently say tiddlywiki is a “Non-trivial Quine” in fact it can be its own development environment or a master of many tiddlywikis.
Great stuff for new users but this is too new user for me, so I am stopping with 45mins to go. I can recommend this for new users but there are other video already out there as well.
