Is there a way to implement "tm-close-tiddler" globally?

What does history refer to here? The $:/History tiddler? I recommend starting a new thread and explaining what you are trying to achieve and what your current implementation is.

This was solved, try this:

Try setting $:/config/Navigation/openLinkFromOutsideRiver to bottom.
