Is there a De Jure way for the Author of a post to indicate they have their answer

@alexjj … You are not the first one, that probably did experiment with the setting and forgot about it. … IMO it would be nice, if you would check the “solutions” button at the post from Charlie. … It will be shown as a prominent answer for others that may have the same problem in the future.

This is only enabled for the Meta category for testing.

Do we want to turn it on for Discussion? Any other categories?
